English teaching jobs in Gangwon

Gangwon is the mountain-and-coast province of the northeast — Chuncheon, Wonju, Gangneung and a long tail of small towns. The market is small and steady rather than deep: a few academy roles at a time, seasonal camp hiring in winter (this is ski-resort country), and occasional public-program openings. Listings here move slowly, so a thin page is normal.

The trade is pace and scenery for convenience. In Chuncheon, Wonju and Gangneung daily life works fine without a car; in smaller towns it can be limiting — ask exactly where the school is and what's around it. The KTX reaches Gangneung and commuter rail reaches Chuncheon, so Seoul is a day trip, not an expedition.
