Business English is taught to working adults, either at adult academies that run professional courses or inside companies for their own staff. The content is the language of the working day — meetings, presentations, negotiation, email and reporting — and students bring their own industry context to it, which makes the classes conversational and the preparation lighter than test work but the subject matter less predictable.
The practical shape is the same as most adult teaching: split shifts around the working day, per-hour or per-class pay more often than a monthly salary, and terms that begin and end with a company's training cycle. Where the class is held on a client's premises, ask who your contract is actually with and whether travel between sites is counted.
