Teacher training teaching jobs in Korea

Teacher-training roles are development work rather than classroom work: training new instructors, observing and coaching existing ones, running workshops, and shaping how an academy teaches. They come from the larger academy chains and from publishers, which is to say from organisations big enough to have a method they want taught consistently across branches.

Almost every one of these asks for classroom years first — this is a step people take from inside the market rather than into it — and often for a qualification beyond a degree.
