개인정보 처리방침

LucyESL(이하 "회사")은 「개인정보 보호법」을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 보호합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 운영하는 lucyesl.com에서 개인정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·보관·파기하는지 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
- 선생님(지원자): 이메일, 이름(선택). 공고 지원 시 제공하는 정보.
- 학원·기관: 이메일, 학원·기관명, 지역·시군구, 비밀번호(암호화 저장), 등록하신 채용 공고 내용.
- 자동 수집: 접속 IP(솔트 해시로만 저장), 방문 기록, 유입 경로. 로그인 유지를 위한 세션 쿠키.
2. 이용 목적
- 채용 공고 게시·검색·지원 등 서비스 제공
- 출시·채용 알림 이메일 발송(동의하신 경우)
- 부정 이용 방지 및 서비스 운영 통계
3. 보유 및 파기
수집 목적이 달성되거나 회원이 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 대기자 명단 정보는 출시 안내 목적 달성 시까지 보관합니다. 관련 법령이 정한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
회사의 서비스는 Amazon Web Services(AWS) 서울 리전에 위치한 서버에서 처리·저장됩니다. 즉, 이용자의 개인정보는 원칙적으로 대한민국 국내에서 저장·처리됩니다.
- 처리 위탁: Amazon Web Services, Inc. · 클라우드 인프라 제공(서울 리전 · 국내 저장·처리)
- 국외 이전(이메일 발송에 한함): Google LLC(미국) · 알림·인증 이메일 발송 처리. 이전 항목: 수신자 이메일 주소 및 발송 내용. 보유 기간: 발송 목적 달성 시까지.
회사는 별도의 AI 기능을 기본적으로 사용하지 않으며, 향후 새로운 국외 처리(AI 등)를 도입할 경우 사전에 고지하고 동의를 받습니다.
5. 제3자 제공
회사는 법령에 근거하거나 이용자가 동의한 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 판매하지 않습니다. 호스팅·이메일 발송 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 수탁 처리는 위 제4항의 위탁·이전 고지에 따릅니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 회사가 보내는 이메일에 회신하시거나 privacy@lucyesl.com 주소로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리해 드립니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
비밀번호는 복호화 불가능한 방식으로 암호화 저장하고, IP는 솔트 해시로만 보관하며, 전 구간 HTTPS 암호화를 적용합니다.

LucyESL ("we") operates lucyesl.com and complies with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.
1. What we collect
- Teachers (applicants): email, first name (optional), and any information you provide when applying to a job.
- Schools & academies: email, school/academy name, region/city, password (stored encrypted), and the job listings you post.
- Collected automatically: your IP address (stored only as a salted hash), page views, and referrer; a session cookie to keep you signed in.
2. How we use it
- To operate the job board — posting, searching, and applying to jobs.
- To send launch and job-alert emails, where you have opted in.
- To prevent abuse and understand service usage.
3. Retention & deletion
We delete personal data once its purpose is met or you request deletion. Waitlist data is kept until we have notified you of launch. Where the law requires retention, we keep data for that period only.
4. Processing location & overseas transfer
Our service is hosted and processed on Amazon Web Services servers in the Seoul region, South Korea — as a rule, your personal information is stored and processed inside Korea.
- Processor: Amazon Web Services, Inc. — cloud infrastructure (Seoul region; data stored and processed in Korea)
- Overseas transfer (email delivery only): Google LLC (United States) — delivery of notification and verification email. Items: recipient email address and message content, retained until the delivery purpose is met.
We do not use AI features by default. If we introduce any further overseas processing (e.g. AI), we will notify you and obtain consent beforehand.
5. Sharing
We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties except as required by law or with your consent. Processors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery) are covered by the processing and transfer notice above.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a halt to processing of your personal information, and withdraw consent, at any time. Reply to any email from us, or contact privacy@lucyesl.com, and we will act promptly.
7. Security
Passwords are stored with an irreversible hash, IP addresses are stored only as salted hashes, and the site is served over HTTPS end to end.
