Lucy reviews a sample teacher contract to check that terms are fair and transparent.

Verification decision
Lucy makes a yes/no decision within 5 working days. If approved, your badge goes live immediately.

Annual renewal
Each year Lucy re-checks your school. If standards are maintained, the badge is renewed. If complaints emerge, Lucy investigates.
