본 약관은 LucyESL(이하 "회사")이 lucyesl.com에서 제공하는 채용 공고 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.

1. 서비스

회사는 한국 내 영어 강사 채용 공고를 게시·검색·지원할 수 있는 온라인 플랫폼을 제공합니다. 회사는 채용의 당사자(고용주)가 아니며, 학원과 지원자 사이의 계약·면접·채용에 관여하지 않습니다.

2. 계정 (학원·기관)

정확한 정보로 가입하고, 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
등록한 공고의 내용과 적법성에 대한 책임은 게시자에게 있습니다.

3. 공고 게시 규칙

공고는 정확하고 적법해야 하며, 급여 등 필수 항목을 사실대로 기재해야 합니다.
허위·과장, 차별적이거나 위법한 내용, 스팸성 중복 게시를 금지합니다.
회사는 부적절한 공고를 사전 통지 없이 비공개 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다.
인증 배지는 사업자등록 확인을 거친 학원에 부여되며, 신뢰의 표시일 뿐 회사의 보증을 의미하지 않습니다.

4. 지원자(선생님) 이용

선생님은 무료로 공고를 열람하고 지원할 수 있습니다. 회사는 특정 일자리나 채용을 보장하지 않으며, 공고 내용의 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다. 채용 여부와 근로 조건은 전적으로 학원과 지원자 사이에서 결정됩니다.

5. 책임의 제한

회사는 플랫폼 제공자로서, 학원과 지원자 사이의 분쟁, 공고 내용의 정확성, 채용 결과에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

6. 금지 행위

무단 크롤링·수집, 스팸, 타인의 계정 도용, 서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하는 행위를 금지합니다.

7. 약관의 변경

회사는 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 시행일과 함께 공지합니다.

8. 준거법 및 관할

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 관련 법령이 정한 관할 법원을 따릅니다.

These terms govern your use of the LucyESL job‑board service at lucyesl.com ("the Service"), operated by LucyESL ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

We provide an online platform to post, search, and apply to English‑teaching jobs in Korea. We are not an employer and are not a party to any interview, contract, or hire between a school and an applicant.

2. Accounts (schools & academies)

Register with accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for the content and legality of the listings you post.

3. Posting rules

Listings must be accurate and lawful, and must state required fields (such as salary) truthfully.
No false or misleading content, discriminatory or illegal content, or spammy duplicate posting.
We may hide or remove inappropriate listings without prior notice.
The verified badge is granted to schools whose business registration we have checked; it is a trust signal, not a guarantee by us.

4. Teacher (applicant) use

Teachers may browse and apply for free. We do not guarantee any job or hire, and we do not warrant the accuracy of listings. Hiring and terms of work are decided solely between the school and the applicant.

5. Limitation of liability

As a platform provider, to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for disputes between schools and applicants, the accuracy of listings, or hiring outcomes.

6. Prohibited conduct

No unauthorized scraping or harvesting, spam, account takeover, or interference with the normal operation of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction as provided by applicable law.
