Yes. Log in to your school account and edit the listing at any time. Significant changes are re-reviewed by Lucy but minor updates (salary corrections, typos) go live immediately.
Lucy aims to review new listings within 24 hours on weekdays. During busy periods it may take up to 48 hours. You'll receive an email confirmation when your listing is live.
If your listing has not yet been reviewed by Lucy (i.e. within 24 hours of submission), a full refund is available on request. Once live, listings are non-refundable but can be paused or edited at any time.
Yes — Lucy offers school verification for schools that meet her standards. Verification includes a video call with Lucy, reference checks, and review of your contract template. Verified schools get a badge on all their listings. See the Get Verified page for details.
