Opinion of Workplace
We're looking for someone who actually wants to teach, not just fill a room. Quality over quantity is the whole point of how we schedule classes. Since we're new and still small, you'll have real input into how things get built, not a rigid system handed down from a chain. I value flexibility in my curriculum. I planned the entire year curriculum but update it each semester to match the needs of the students.
