3) B.A. degree from a 4-year college in an English-speaking country
preferably with teaching experience

4. Duties
1) Regular Semesters
1) Teaching 15 credit-course hours per week(normally 16~18 hours
2) Teaching about 4~8 non-credit course hours per week
